Would the requesting or flashing of QR codes thus violate GDPR laws as it is showing to all and sundry one's medical status.

i worked for a company that spilled my data to several 3rs parties without my permission this includes pay slips, pps no, bank details photo id date of birth driver no etc.... what can i do about that... ive never used my card online and this fool has sent these things through an email which can be hacked to third parties... im under massive stress

If you work for a multi national, civil service/government or big data firm ie facebook, the dpc will cover up for your employer, trust me I have experience with the DPC, if you work for a private firm and their not linked with ibec your good, ibec have lobbied the dpc in the past 👍👍👍
