Love your videos been working on appliances for over 40 years the new appliances coming out are getting really sophisticated and tricky to work on I've worked on many GE dishwashers and never knew there was a thermistor in the float switch great job teaching the Next Generation

Thank you for this one, so glad I watched it. I would have never thought the float switch would stop the heater. Crazy, thanks again man.

We have a Monogram and always run it on the longest cycle. It does take forever but cleans well. Stainless tub has sprayer on top for the third rack. They weld a clip to the top of the tub to hold the sprayer. I noticed something was always hitting the third rack when moving it in and out. The crappy weld broke and the sprayer was just hanging. I bought high heat proof epoxy and wedged a piece of wood in the tub to keep pressure on it while it was curing. Been perfect ever since. They don't list that clip so I am assuming the factory repair is a new tub. Genius.

@@scotts4125 we always run the long sanitize cycle at our house too. It just works better even though it does take a while. I’ve seen those clips you are talking about. I would imagine the whole tub would have to be changed. Which would not be cost effective I’m sure. Sometimes you have to think outside the box for those repairs. Thanks for watching Scotts
