gear box fix on a makita drill

this little plastic gear housing has a set of teeth that hold the ring gear with 1st gear. these teeth eventaly ware out, but on most drills these days you cannt but the part, they only supply the whole gear box complete.
so here is a little hack, if you have an old drill laying around, the part can sometimes be swapped over.
