What is this channel even supposed to be ? All I’ve seen is unboxing videos of tools you’d “get your dad for Father’s Day” it doesn’t seem like a maintenance channel or anything of the sort. Always try and give new channels a chance I was interested I use to be a maintenance supervisor of an apartment complex for over 5 years now I do commercial hvac work and make 70k a year more lol I don’t see how people can start doing apartment maintenance for 10 plus years it’s a good thing to do if you don’t have much experience in construction you really become a jack of all trades if your good at it and stay with it and if you don’t have that much experience it all depends on the type of supervisor you have when I was learning they didn’t want to teach anything because they knew in 5 years or so your 20 years younger your going for their job eventually but I was never like that If you wanted to learn I would teach my tech because if you teach them well it will make your life easier in the long run.
