The Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Hammer kzbin.infoUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS was just the tool I needed. I Use it to remove stuck bolts. If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.

I'm a professional electromechanical repairman ... not necessarily a very advanced one ... but I like to upgrade like this too ... I bought a bosch Jigsaw 24v with nicdm batteries and I tested it to see if it supports 36v batteries li ion from bosch .... total success ... I managed to change the tool housing and the battery slides and connects like 36v tools .... the coupling was successful and from the outside you almost don't realize that it is not so provided by the factory even as the size in length fits incredibly .... operation ??? impeccable ... I have been using it for some time, there is no sign of overload or due effects of the larger battery ... or stress of any kind in this conversion there is also the advantage that I use the original charger for 36 v batteries because I did not use the tool battery ... the effort was especially worth it because there are some tools from the old generation that are higher in quality than those from the new generation bosch Jigsaw 36v are few tools to compete with this I have to somehow make a movie with him and put on yotube

Looks like 2000mAh cells, but it doesn't matter. Try to make double nickel strip between all series. Now between 5-6 and 6-7 is a single strip. Anyway, top quality video as usual, pleasure to watch.

I'm no expert but I noticed that you changed the battery terminal wire but you didn't change drill motor wire. I think you should change that too because that can also be in bad shape and lithium battery's are powerful. to conduct that power you should use better wire To get the maximum output from the device. By the way that's a great restoration

I have a black & decker power drill/ screw driver but the battery was dead. The whole set was bought ten years ago which is around usd60 with 2 battery packs bundled. Used a couple of times only and looks brand new. I asked the shop and they do not have a replacement battery pack. Then I found that buying 10 pieces of 1.2v NiMH cell may cost more than usd60.

Can I make some suggestions: At the introduction no mention of what was wrong with the tool. Have you thought maybe some commentary may explain what you are about to do. Did this tool need complete stripping. I bet it was not necessary. A simple greasing and oiling woulld have sufficed. Your battery rebuild was great, but was the battery faulty? That cleaning and washing was mostly not needed as that tool would have worked fine. Also does bicarbonate of soda dissolve grease, surely not. Grease is a polar substance and dissolves in similar materials, like petrol. Otherwise your video was an unnneccessary rebuild. Please try explaining what you are doing. by the way I taught Metalwork here in Sydney Australia for 25 years, and repair most things.
