Just like Rob I was born in 1979. In 1999 I bought a Dodge Dakota at "Trader Bud's Westside Dodge" in Columbus OH and the sales manager offered me a job. A year later I took him up on it. I sold cars for 7 months then got "promoted" to finance. I've been in the car business ever since. I swear, I've met more people and have more stories than I could share in 2 lifetimes. Ever since discovering Rob's stories, I wondered to myself how much fun we'd have had drinking a couple beers together. As silly as it seems finding out he'd passed away just gutted me... I've always thought if somehow a car guy ever made it to heaven there has a car dealership up there. Rob, I hope it's not for a long long time, but one day I'll be standing next to you in front of the showroom smoking cigarettes and talking about how much fun we had at the bar the night before. Until then, may all your ups be lay downs 😉
