440whp 350z turbo, Stop or more power?

A bit of a dilemma. I made 440 whp on my stock 350z and im not sure how much more hp i should try to make. leave it as is or max it out. What would you do if it was your car?

This is a strong DE I can only hope the one I just put in my car is as strong 😂

Think 20psi on a DE would be too much for the motor to handle. If you could figure a way to hit 500whp at 14-16psi I think that would be ideal for the safety of the motor as well

Yeah. Most videos that I have seen on this is to make sure that you use two wastgates.

go e85 dude!!...cheap sensor, and it's much easier to do it incrementally that way.....also, I think it's important to note 450 RWHP equals 549 crank hp! Sooo technically you surpassed your goal..jus sayin. no need to blow your motor...

safe numbers for a stock DE is 400 tq and not pass 500 wheel.

As long as more timing and/or more boost are making more power and the you have room in intake temp and fuel system keep going for more power. Usually the car tells you when it's having a problem making more. A hard lesson I learned is to not spend too much time on the dyno all in a row, that way lies finding a weakness through abuse that would not have ever shown up on the road. Have you considered putting sensors in each header tube to see if the air/fuel is being distributed evenly?

Couple of ways to do it - if you are on 93, you could switch to e85 if you have enough injector and fuel pump, that should get you to 500 easy with the added timing and added fuel volume for quicker spool. You could spray a 50 shot. Changing the housing will help with spool but I don't know if you're going to pick up top end.

I am at about 60% fuel duty at 440hp. I’m on 93, so I should have enough fuel to do e85 up to 550-600hp. Was going to try for 500 on 93. 500 is allot on a stock de. but I just can’t help wanting to know how far I can go……

IMO Keep it around 15 psi or less and get there with timing and better fuel. You see diminishing returns in boost already.

Bro don't be the dog with the bone. Quit while your ahead. Water injection would be better but you still have to worry about the physical strength of the rods. A electronic boost controller will improve your boost response. What turbo are you using?

Line to the top of the gate! Haha Maybe throw some safe fuel for that but I think if you're looking to find the limit of the VQ go look for it.

Lol I dunno about 15psi on a stock de..but it may be possible you hit the limit on the heads .I'd go a step smaller for a quicker spoolmaybe sliding the curve down would broaden the range

True only issue is not breaking the rod from too much tq down low ….but a little sooner for sure

15 depends on your compression ratio. A high compression level will need less psi to make 400 vs a lower compression level, for example (not accurate just example) HC = 400 wheel 7 PSI LC = 400 wheel 13 PSI
