They are interchangeable and a common thing in the matrix community...

Snapped off an impact bit trying to remove those rusted top bolts. Rather than using a drill and extractor, I just popped off the rubber and used knipex cobras to unscrew them. Decent vice grips or channel locks should also work. There is quite a large purchase area under that rubber piece; came out no problem that way

@@vashonramnauth9398 Hey, I didn't do it because I sold the car 4 months later. The only thing you need are the Fog lights, the Front upper grille for an 03-04 Matrix, and the lower bumper spoiler pieces.

no it’s not, it’s close to the same, but when you get to where it connects to the fender, it’s different

How did you take out that seized screw? Both mine are seized.

I don't remember, but you can try using vice grips to clamp to it and unscrew it or maybe a bigger size bit. There's always a way

Never underestimate the power of a spray penetrant! If you suspect you'll have issues, and are planning on doing the project on the weekend, start spraying it on Monday. I've had exhaust manifold studs frozen solid and after soaking a week they spin right off

Airbags dont just randomly go off if the car's ignition is turned off. They will not fire.

You need to slow down... And explain EACH STEP. This is easy for you, obviously. However for the novice you are talking too fast and your camera is all over the place. Hold the camera still, or set it somewhere stable while you explain what you are doing. Hope this helps your Utube success. (You just posted this video, so I suggest you do it again for the above reasons.)
