Elias, I hope you are well my friend. Have you ever noticed local dimming or smart led creating a horizontal dimming line bobbing up and down during gameplay?

With a TV like that, you owe it to yourself to get it professionally calibrated. Had mine done recently for movies and games, and as good as I thought it looked before, it's nothing to what it does now. When you've spent around £1000 on a TV it's an extremely worthwhile investment!

I agree and I have to, I did a calibration using picture perfect plus for uhd tv but was crap and my best friend who owns his tv shop is going to get someone come with his gear to get it done.

You're in for a treat. You'll be amazed how far off your own best efforts are! I had far too much blue in my RGB range for starters, but man, when it's all neutral it's a sight to behold! My TV {Sammy 55JS8000} cost £1400 at the time and I was happy with the quality after my tweaks..., but only now does it look worth every penny it cost.

am I the only one whose TV seems to look better playing games with the 4K upscaler and hdr option on Xbox s turned off and just allowing the 4K TV do the upscaling

hmm interesting, you know what, am going to try this out, because thats what i do with my ps4, I allow my tv to do the upscaling and it looks great.

Rob Masters Gaming mode - The tv activates hdr and I just select gaming picture mode.

weather effects look great..my buddy has this on pc all i can say is pc>hdr it looks amazing on pc and has a shit load of settings

Sometimes I do but if I had added it in the video recording, it would have looked over saturated etc, so I took it off.

I finished it in pretty much one day, disappointed with the ending and a bit surprised of how it finished or ended. I would say its a good 10 hours the campaign.

How is your feeling bout the scalling. Ive got Samsung KS900 and For example Forza Horizon 3 - is visible that game is scalled properly but with GOW4 its not obvius for me. Do you see the difference ? Anyway - nice video.

No, the TV activates hdr once it recognizes a signal and than I select game mode as my picture settings. I will explain it more and show what I do or what happens when my tv gets a hdr signal and how it works. The upload will be up this weekend.

change only the brightness back up to 40 or 45, that is the one that adjust blackness and deep colours.

Mauricio Becker no now its better. but dont put hdr+ mode. when you put the game your tv automatic go to hdr mode because tour game comes With hdr.

hmmm I don't think so, I've owned many samsungs series and normally, anything above 8 or 9 series tend to be the best all round, that is my personal experience owning a 6 and 7 series which also had massive lag problems for gaming. Good tv but not great for gaming.

don't switch hdr+ on its terrible too dark and grainy doesn't do your tv any justice for games I find game mode the best it's not too dark and it's not too bright natural mode is the best for tv and blu ray

yautja king Yep I agree. I would use game mode for all games and everything else natural. I am getting my TV calibrated this weekend so will see the new settings look better.

I know this is a old video but brooooooooo......16:9 standard is the wrong picture size.....it zoomes the picture in.....i hade to get that out of my system lol.....and gamma needs to be 2.2 it needs to be set to setting 2......ok i'm good now 😂
