That looks very similar to my Winchester 67A. And it's very cool to own a 22 rifle made before 1968 as they had no serial numbers.

At first glance (shape of the receiver, stock, and straight bolt handle) that rifle reminded me of a Hungarian Lampagyar single shot I used to have. Once you looked at the bolt it was apparent that it was quite different.

Hey gungeek, I have one of these but it seems to have a week spring (strikes but doesn't fire sometimes). Do you think I can buy any similar spring and have this work or does it have the be the exact same spring? Thanks

yeah i guess you could try and find one the same size but stronger to help with that. have to taken the bolt apart? sometimes they get filled with dirt from the fired rounds and that slows the bolt enough to cause misfires.

What’s the deal with it stating both 6mm and 5.4mm? What can/does this shoot (with typical ammo like 22 cal?)?

This one says Kal 22 long rifle 5.4mm . not really sure why some would say 6mm. this one fires normal 22 long rifle ammo.

I have a h n c Joosten .22 29d single shot and it has no case extractor it has a good bore the rest is very rough if you have one id like the measurements of the extractor to make a new one .

That rifle were common here in Portugal during the Salazar dictatorship. It was used by some Portuguese youth boys (similar to Hitler Youth).
