just do a regular calisthenics workout with a pull up or rings

Buy a door pullup thing and with that you have it, go for the basic, when you feel the basic exercises feel comfortable make them harder, change grip or exercise, for example, normal push ups, then decline, then archers, see AD videos of progessions and 5min workout u can even make those for full workout, combine them

frontlever routine,tuck fl pullups,tuck fl hold,superman and many more...for lower back and core.very² effective👍🏻

@@lionsin8240 I am trying to progress to a front lever but I feel more in my lats and core than lower back. I do superperman, long body hold, and normal lower back extensions but it still feels not that effective

The last exercise is actually called skull chrushers.. Triceps extensions are similar, but head doesn't go all the way under the bar, it's more like forhead to bar variant, just like you did on the ground, only with bar :)

When doing dips for triceps you have to let the elbows go back otherwise it's more chest dominant

yeah you should do multiple sets on a serious training day, unless its a rest day then do just this or nothing at all

Compare to a normal push up when you preform a decline press up there’s more movement because of the angle you are at

Bodyweight is mostly compound exercises. So technically yes. I mention this in the video also.

@@Austindunhamfit Thanks for answer. I just don't see the purpose of doing a "triceps" routine, not optimal in my opinion in terms of calisthenics or basicaly compounds. But I respect the effort to spread knowledge ;)
