I dont think Fox and Thire were "evil" they were just stuck on Coruscant forever under the direction of Tarkin and Palpatine. They never got Jedi Generals to express their personality. So all they expressed was their commitment to duty and making sure the job got done.

Fox killed Fives and didn't even care. Go back and watch the episode again. You'll notice that everyone there is mourning Fives' death except for Fox, including six Coruscant Guards. There is no excuse for what Fox did. Even if Palpatine had ordered Fives' death, which, he didn't. That would've been obviously suspicious to anyone who managed to hear what Fives had to say. If he did order Fives killed, it was under the table, at which point Fox could have easily refused the order. Either way, Fox is doing something pretty bad. And Fox was TRYING to get Fives to reach for that blaster. Surely, he'd know that Fives is on edge and that running in guns drawn is going to scare him and make him think you intend to kill. Even while Fox was running in and had ample time to set to stun as he got into the effective range for it, he chose to kill. Fives reaching for Rex's blaster wasn't a threat to Fox's life. It was an excuse to kill him. And the cherry on top is once again that Fox is the only clone who doesn't mourn Fives' death. If what you say is true, and Fox is just dedicated to following orders, then everyone there should've reacted the same way. Commander Fox is a murderer. There are no two ways about it.

In some ways, it was during the Clone Wars that the Jedi shined the most as well as the least. The Clones were taught that they were expendable while the Jedi valued their lives and respected their courage. The Jedi were known for having an uncommonly strong care for life and showed honor and nobility even for those who probably didn’t deserve it. They understood that there was no point in life where such interactions were less important or overall unnecessary. The sad irony was that the Sith took all that away when the Republic became the Empire and founded the Storm Trooper Corp. after they demonized the very Jedi who had a quite possibly the biggest part saving their troopers from the conditionings of their Kaminoan creators, the same cloners who were ‘befriended’ and employed by those very same Sith, in the beginning, who aimed to take away that very same Humanity the Kaminoans failed to keep from the Clones that the Galaxy the Republic expanded across by so much gave them. If anything, it makes you wonder how many Clones kept the same spark of life in them that was given by the Jedi, and whose wasn’t dimmed into defecting or rebelling. After all, if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that just because you didn’t save somebody then, doesn’t mean you didn’t leave some sort of impact.

It's difficult to get all the variables of the process exactly the same, nevermind millions of them. Who knows how many accidents/mutations took place during the creation of the clones, we have Clone Force 99 so they definitely took place. The thing is that they were the ones with extremely helpful mutations that could be enhanced, who knows how many clones died from mutations that were more cancerous than benign.

To be fair on the Coruscant Guard commanders, considering who they answered to they had immense pressure placed on them to not fuck up at any cost. Yes, it was disheartening to see Fox just silence Fives the way he did but all things considered he was probably going off orders directly from Palpatine to use lethal force. Doesn't make it right but he had no choice and a deadline to fulfil that was set by the most powerful man in the galaxy

The Clone Wars made the clones go from organic droids to actual people while still fulfilling their primary purpose to be the Republics new army. Unfortunately, the clones had another, much darker purpose. And once the time came to fulfill that purpose, all of the humanity and individuality the clones had gained throughout the war was all erased with only three words.

As Generation Tech once put it, no matter how hard you try to alter or condition someone, life finds a way. Unfortunately, as you pointed out with Fox and Thire that's not always a good thing. I have a lot of favorite Clones, from obvious ones like Rex, Cody, Echo, Fives, Hunter, Wolffee, Wrecker, Tech, Waxxer, Boil, Jesse, Hardcase, Kix, Tup, and so on, to ones, I really think deserved more screen time such as Doom, Trapper, Hawk, Warthog. And I don't think Slick was entirely right. Yes he was right about the Clones being slaves and deserving better, but his actions were the wrong move to take, he could have talked to some people who actually cared about the Clones to see if they could find a way to free the Clones after the war, there were many Jedi and even Senators(as seen by Chuchi in The Bad Batch) who did care for the Clones and want to help them, even in Legends Kal Skirata petitioned the Senate to give the Clones more free time. Honestly, if Palpatine had been stopped earlier and the war ended differently with the Jedi and like surviving, maybe some of them and some of the good Senators could have done something to help the Clones after the war, they could have failed too just like what happened in the actual continuity, but they would have at least tried and they would have had a better fighting chance without Palpatine and some of his allies getting in the way.

Hunter definitely had the most unique appearance considering that unlike the other members of clone force 99, he was genetically identical to the rest of the clones. Though because he was a member of clone force 99 he probably felt like the odd man out, so he grew out his hair, got a half-skull face tattoo, and wore a red bandana to look as unique as the rest of the group.

I think the clone individuality was caused the by the Force. It's clearly established that the average person has some of it in them to varying extents, and there's no specified reason why clone troopers actually had signs of personality differences before being exposed to life outside a heavily regulated training center, despite being designed to have identical traits at a genetic level. There's probably something about the Force that causes slight differences in people's minds, because it's the only factor early on that the Kaminoans had no control over at all. The rest is just natural reaction to different experiences. The people who trained them, accidents, and emotional response to situations like performance in training exercises or other random events happening all could have been slight changes in life experience, which leads to some level of difference in how a clone would approach things, even if they thought the same way to begin with. Clones are a very realistic comparison to how people inherit personality traits from their parents, but end up forming very different thoughts about life based o what they see and what happens to them. If the clones all had the same personality, it would be bad writing, and a dismissal of variation in people's lives as a thing that happens.

Ironically the clone Rebellion in canon is still based on conditioning of loyalty to the Republic and comraderie with the Jedi. Clones who leave the empire rarely talk or think about how the war may have been unexessary or how the Republic had been corrupt for years. Instead its simply that the empire isnt the Republic, they made them betray the Jedi (post chip removal or wear off), and they have to use force on unarmed former loyalist civillians. Guys like Rex and Echo will move mountains to help Bail Organa or save a surviving Jedi but they resent the idea of helping former separatists fight the empire.

How did Slick go bad though? I mean the fact that people consider him a villain while literal terrorists like saw and the partisans are considered 'flawed individuals'. They literally blow up civilians and shit. Even Lux Bonteri tried to blow up a school! Meanwhile Slick blew up unmanned walkers, his targets were all military and he didn't even kill anyone. As for the 'honour' factor, even Rex, one of the most honourable and kind (in the traditional sense) clones, has literally executed a bunch of people who really didn't do anything but their jobs and were in the same position that clones were in, if not worse. And even if you are one of those people who ignores the lore of both Legends and Canon and the words of GL himself and gets to the conclusion that droids aren't sentient and are instead just robots, according to the novelisation of TCW (which is considered Legends now) Rex has killed unarmed Separatist organics for no apparent reason.
