Picked up some of the 77gr OTM AAC stuff, but haven’t had a chance to shoot it yet. Have been hearing good stuff about AAC. Their 9MM stuff is good as well.

For anything past 50 yards I started only shooting AAC 77g OTM. Its very good for the money. I probably average 1.5 moa but with the right rifle/optic it wouldn’t surprise me if it was capable of 1 moa

Interesting results. I've been meaning to pick up some of the heavier AAC loads to try out. I wish they had sealed primers, but for how inexpensive they are compared to similar offerings, can't really complain.

Yeah, the results are surprising. But I’m not mad for “match” ammo it definitely has the match part down

Really the thing that's put me off making a purchase was some reports of malfunctions in 223 Wylde chambers, and both of my primary rifles were built with Criterion Core barrels. I'm just going to grab some of the different 77 and 75 grain loads and see what happens I guess.

Sealed primers are nice but not necessary. Moisture intrusion can happen, but it is a worst case scenario. I've fired 22lr , and 30 carbine ammo that is 40+ years old that had just been stored in a cupboard in the shop with no issues. Just keep it dry.

Any US firearms company not owned by Blackrock is fine by me. I personally don’t mind to pay a little extra for parts and components that were not sourced from China though. That being said I wonder how AAC can sell their ammo at that price point.

I had great results with the 556 75gr frontier/ hornady in my 16inch bcm. Right at 1moa with a 25 yard zero

AAC is coming out with really good ammo and some of it at great prices. But there is really no price difference between the 77gr HPBT Sierra MatchKing @ 14.99 for 20rds (.749¢ per bullet) and Black Hills 77gr OTM @16.50 for 50rds (.75¢ per bullet).

I think when I bought the 77gr OTM AAC it was 10.99 a box and the black hills was 68 bucks a box. But prices do change. Or maybe that is what I paid. Idk I was happy with the performance

Aac sucks don’t buy any seriously it’s never in stock anyway worst ammo I’ve ever used nothing but failures in all my rifles :)
