I am just binging on your videos and I can't get enough. Your art speaks directly to my soul, and the way you make meaning with images and text and those glorious neutral colours mixed with metallics- I'm in awe ❤

Robyn, I always watch your videos but I don't always comment. Today I have two things to say. First, thank you so much for revealing your thoughts and process to us. It is so courageous of you to bare your soul to us. The other thing is I think that Khalil Gibran is another source of beautiful literary inspiration that shares a lot of the mysticism of Khayyam and Rumi. Love you.

Hi, Robyn, have you heard of the book The Humument. The whole book is this kind of blocking out words to make a story and there is art work to go along with it. The title comes from The Human Document, leaving out some of the letters. It is a really fun book!

Great class Robyn! Can’t wait to work on these ideas in my journal. I also really appreciated the beginning review of last week’s lesson - both what you did visually in the journal, and the verbal explanation which clarified some things for me. This was a great beginning to the class to wrap up the previous week and then set the stage for this week’s lesson. Thanks so much!

I love language also and find an interest in pronunciation when english is spoken by someone not born with it. Your story about how you made your own words delighted me and it sounds like your parents were very hands on with your exposure to other cultures. You have a richness and depth to you that money can not buy

As a 10yr old on holiday in the beach house my grandmother built with her own hands, I was sent to the bedroom for being naughty. Bored, I started poking through old drawers and I found original printed books of Kahlill Gibran's The Prophet and The Rubaiyat of Omar Khaiyam - given to my grandmother by my grandfather when they were courting. OMG! Loved today's session as right up my alley, so to speak. Thanks for all your teachings and sharing X
