It is GREAT to see you demonstrating things from the book, like the patchwork technique. I was trying hard to “get” this and I understand a lot better now that you demonstrate it in real time. Plus watching how you work is an inspiration in itself. Those amazing layers. Just wow. I could hardly wait to see the cleanup pull and it certainly did not disappoint. Love that interference blue. I have struggled with wonky concertinas so that folding technique is gold. And the magic of folding strips! Love it.

Yes, I see the white is adding alot of depth. Love the patchwork technique. You explain the process so well and that makes you a good teacher. Wow- Exciting when the old color starts to come off and add to the abstract painterly look. I get so happy when I see your intro. I used to live in Mesa and I miss the desert alot. Now I live in Rim Country so its a complete change of surroundings.
