Amplify is a creative arts programme produced and delivered by GemArts working with schools and community groups to address discrimination, racism, bullying and to prevent anti-social behaviour with the aim of promoting greater awareness, understanding and respect for one another.
This project was delivered in partnership with Whitemere Primary Year 5. Pupils worked with GemArts music leaders Georgia and Adam developing lyric writing, rap, singing and music production skills to co-produce a brand new song "Spread Love, Not Hate" and music video.
A special thank you to all of the amazing young people, all of the teachers and support staff who have supported the project and GemArts music leaders Adam Cogdon and Georgia May.
Funded by Northumbria Police & Crime Commissioner
