I used to suffer from anxiety disorder a few years back and i was so depressed to a point that i stopped talking and interacting with my near and dear ones. Then one day as i was watching videos on KZbin i found your channel and i fall in love with your channel 🤗 it was truly a blessing for me because i kept making so many recipes of yours specially cakes and cookies. And i used to bake for my family and my love ones. Believe me this really help my anxiety so much by baking and cooking and sharing what i made, i began interacting with people. I don't know how to express this and English is not my language. I don't even know if I'm making sense here😅 all i want to say is thank you. Your channel really help me in a special way

A great tip for the egg whites is, save half of the sugar and add them to the egg whites gradually. This will help stabilize them and they won't deflate so easily. Also, a tsp of cream of tartar, vinegar, or even lemon juice would help it too :)

Hey Gemma i just made this recipe of urs and let me tell you i was skeptical at first to try as i thought it might taste eggy but to my surprise it turned out OSOM....i skipped sugar as i used semi sweet chocolate and since i am on a diet i needed something to satisfy my craving for huge sweet tooth of mine and this was just perfect...thank U so much!!!

Is there a way to know if you need to double or triple your recipe quantities to make more cups of batter? Do you judge that by the amount of flour? Any help would be awesome. Thank you so much, Lauren! First, make sure you follow the exact instructions on my website: www.biggerbolderbaking.com/flourless-chocolate-cake/. In my videos, you sometimes don't see all the ingredients I'm adding. Usually, you can just double, triple or half a recipe but you'll want to make sure you do it for all the ingredients and make sure your baking tin can handle it. :)
