Seeing Matt and Lost Dog in concert, came to me at a time when I was feeling low and needed their tunes. If I'd never clicked on one of those links, I would not have known about them or you and your talents as well. That view on the cliff side is fucking fantastic and you're an lovely soul, Anthony. 🖤

I know I'm gonna catch hell for this, but if you're reconnecting with your roots in Ireland, you aren't complete until you reconnect with Christ. I know everyone is too smart to be Christian now, don't even think about saying Catholic! But if you have family from Ireland you have family that not only believed in Christ, but it drove everything for them. How could it mean so much to them, and thier parents for a thousand years, and not be relevant today? Google "E. Michael Jones and John Waters" watch the interview. That'll start to show you why your re-connecting with culture on KZbin.
@JimArdal4 жыл бұрын
@@Alex-uy7pc Hey brother, I am also a Catholic follower of Christ, but E. Michael Jones and "Culture Wars" seem like thinly-veiled fascists (and I mean that word in its original definition, not as some generic political epithet).

Matt's such an enigma to me. When he's not playing he looks just like another dude, but the moment he picks his fiddle up and starts belting out his lyrics he reminds me of a figure of myth straight out of mountains.
@amosanon32745 жыл бұрын
I met him at a lost dog concert. He was working the merch table. I bought some patches and cracked some jokes. I liked him. Then he walks out on stage and started singing and I swear I blushed, it was like a different dude, a star, someone amazing. I won't ever forget that.
