And if we go a generation or two before then we have the people who grew up in the Great Depression and went to war, and before them, the people who grew up with practically nothing and went to war in the trenches, and before them people who had barely anything and worked in the mines as children, and before them people who had barely anything and had terrible job opportunities (unless born rich), before them people who were destined to make practically no money throughout their entire lifetime, and would never be able to have a formal education (once again unless born rich). What I’m trying to say is, every generation has it better than the last, so there is literally no reason to have petty arguments like this. Half these millennials and Gen X folks are fighting literal air, and the other half are fighting children. It’s all stupid and petty, to be honest.
