They look relatively physically fit because they are in their 20s, when your in your 20s you can get away with a lot and still have a good body but once you hit your 30s and 40s it catches up to you. I think it's a bit of a paradox when it comes to highly cosmetic looks because it's associated with maturity. Sure the goal may be to "look younger", but no one is young should need to do it, and makeup is general is an "adult" thing, that's why young teenage girls will start doing it when they want to imagine themselves as more mature. So yeah, the best thing you can do to "appear" young is just... be young, and don't wear makeup. I'd say don't wear makeup in general, don't get plastic surgery, but if you want a bit of the fake look, just stick to basic foundation and nothing else, that'll at least make you look "smooth". For men it's a lot easier, just shave and have a slightly messy haircut you'll instantly have people thinking you're 20-30 years younger.

Another thing I have noticed in western women over past 3 decades: 1) Loss of head hair. By the time they are 30, they have much as much as a 60 year old did in the past. Thats y all of them nowadays part hair in the middle n hang em straight down. Gives illusion of more hair. Reason: Excessive use of chemical based products from an early age. Shampoos, conditioners, gel, coloring agents, bleaching agents etc. 2) Bad skin. Specially on face. Ungodly amount of makeup on the face compared to women in the past. To hide "red dots" n other discolored spots which are symptoms of unhealthy skin. Reason: Excessive makeup from early age. This is a doom loop where the more make up u use, the worse yr skin becomes, the more makeup u need to hide it. 3) Excessively strong jawline n manly bone structure of the face. And very boney limbs n elongated bone-ends. Unproportional skeletal structure. Almost look like mutants when compared to non-western bodies. Reason: Excessive meat as part of diet from young age. Average american consumption is up 5000% over last 80 years. Human bodies were never meant to eat this much meat ( not even during hunter-gatherer phase.) Plus today it contains growth hormones, steroids n other chemical junk. When pregnant mothers eat that, it messes up the bone structure of the baby right from the womb. 4) No natural breasts to speak of n shrinkage of mountain peaks. Reason: All of the above plus birth control pills. Going on n off these hormones does a number on yr body. U think u can put in yr body chemicals n hormones that mimick a pregnancy state several different times in yr life n it wont affect yr body shape? All these plus many wrong life style habits of the modern life make todays American women ugly on the outside plus unhealthy on the inside. Many of these things affect men as well to an extent. They dont appear as bad when yr young. But wait till u get to yr 40s n 50s. You will look like corpses. But the rx companies n food corps dont mind, they will be minting money n laughing their way to the bank.

The injection business is horrid but its the only jobs they can get, and they have to sell it to friends, and they get discounts on it from work. Depends, in Korea, plastic surgery is the norm especially for women and in the most cases, it does make them look younger (be it from simple procedures such as double eyelid surgery to more invasive such as jaw shaving). In these cases, the women chose to go for things such as buccal fat removal (removing the fat from the cheeks), which is the kind of fat that gives young people their cute, roundish faces. Usually it disappears naturally around the 30's and 40's as people mature, but if you get influenced af by contouring make-up trends and people like the Kardashians, then you end up with 18-25 year olds who get those procedures done. So they're not aging faster, but they are doing procedures that make them look older and "more mature".

As you age and your skin streches and becomes saggy, fillers are meant to fill that and make a 50 year old look 40 or 30, but if you get fillers put in when your 20 or younger, your just streching your skin, so by the time your 25, you look 40 years old and you have to keep putting fillers in bc now ur skin is saggy. your litterally just accelerating the speed your skin streches, and also, your face isnt even fully developed by 20, so if your insecure abt something and are considering getting surgery or fillers, dont, wait untill your fully developed and what ur insecure about might go away.

As a Millennial, if you look at studies, we have the lowest smoking rate in history. Winners don't do drugs campaigns, etc. Zoomers almost smoke more than Gen X. I have never smoked in my life, and drink lightly on holidays. Most people think I look 25 when I'm almost 40. I look at my photos from before I lost weight or took care of myself, and I legitimately look younger now than in my 20s. It's nuts how old these weed and vape heads look. Legit I've been able to date 21-24 year olds and they have no idea I'm even older than them because they look older than me. It's nuts.

I'm middle aged and can honestly tell you I look younger than all these girls. Most people think I'm at least 10 years younger than I really am. Is it just that they've had bad plastic surgery? Somewhat, but I honestly think the current diet trends are also to blame. Yeah, we should strive to eat healthy but we are not rabbits nor lions, we need balanced foods from the food groups.
