Just a few things on Elvis. He sold more than any artist. Made 31 Films. 21 Number 1s. Recorded more than 700 songs. did 2 years in the Army. Black belt in Karate. Had a police badge if needed. Very good towards the Black community. The most generous person you could ever meet. Gave Houses, Cars. Paid many bills. For College. Hospital. Even for strangers. And didn't want any publicity. Undoubtably the best looking guy ever lived. and much more. Died Aug 16 - 1977. Age 42.

@@johnbattles1002 The thing is, the young people don't really have much CHANCE to know the truth..the main sources of information that filled all the books, even books that they didn't write, came from the Memphis Mafia who admitted that they were seeking revenge for being fired. Many books have been written using their books for reference. And then other books written using THOSE books for reference so the lies are passed from book to book, generation to generation. Priscilla's book was, in fact, very loving and she said she wrote it at the time to counter the books by the MM and in particular, the worst one, Elvis What Happened by Albert Goldman. She said that she didn't want her daughter "to think that was her father". She IS a habitual liar, but I don't think it started until after she wrote that book, when she realized that Elvis fans hated her for what she had done to Elvis while he was alive. Then she started putting little jabs in her interviews and movies that she produced or helped produce. Excuses for what she did, like her movie Priscilla where she tries to make it out like Elvis kept her a prisoner in Graceland, when in fact, she had a bottomless credit card and a car, and said in her book that she was gone so much that the baby preferred the sitter to her.

Girl in the middle. Before you criticized on Elvis. Get your facts straight. And dont believe everything you read or hear, take it with a grain of salt...which means they could exaggerate their story. So do a better dive into Elvis & his life. And just because,Miss Prissy Priscilla was married to Elvis, doesn't make everything true she says about Elvis. She made sure she kept his last name. She sure made some money off that last name herself. Elvis has always had a awesome voice & it got better with age. And another thing, just cause he got some added weight towards the end of his life, didnt mean he could not still sing with passion. Go listen to the song Hurt. People act like people who gain some added weight are despicable. To many people like to criticized others they truly know nothing about. Elvis will always big the best. Because ELVIS ALWAYS GAVE THE VERY BEST OF HIMSELF WHEN HE PERFORMED. And that jumpsuit outfit he is wearing at this concert weighed more than 70 pounds. So yes he is sweating. Do a better search. The young girl in the middle has made many incorrect comments. Please Do not make comments unless you have done significant research and can relay it accurately. Elvis's birthday and date of death is very easily found anywhere on the internet. He was 42 when he died and when this video was produced in 1973 at a live satellite concert from Hawaii that streamed around the world, he was in fantastic shape and his voice was top-notch. In fact his voice was amazing through all of his career through the 50s 60s and 70s. He was an amazing entertainer, had a huge cultural influence on society in the fifties, helping to bridge the divide between black and white people, he loved people, he loved his fans, he gave generously to charities and to people in need throughout his entire life. Sadly he was manipulated by his manager Col. Tom Parker, he was trapped in a vicious cycle of constantly needing to tour to make money to pay his manager's gambling debts and to pay the hundreds of staff and family members that he was providing for. He felt obligated to them and as he got older and the lifestyle of his superstardom got worse, his body started failing with numerous ailments, many which were genetically pre-disposed, he ended up taking many prescription drugs to push through his pain and to allow him to keep performing, to keep being Elvis Presley. Eventually, it was too much for his heart and he passed away sooner than he should have. That's a very short recap of his life. He was an amazing human being with magnificent talent. 💙👑💙

The reason Elvis fans are so sensitive, is because of the awful lies spread about him from the media, jealous competitors, and his xwife. I saw him for the first time in 1956 when I was 12. He was earth shattering in the post war 50's. He changed American culture and music. He was a style Icon. He came from the dirt poor black ghetto in Mississippi to be the most famous entertainer of all time. His xwife who left him for Her Karate instructor and took his little 4 year old daughter from him, continues her lies. She is living off the Presley name and if you read her daughter's recent book before she died at 54, called "From Here to the Great Unknown" you will see what her poor daughter endured from a Narcisstic mother. I know you are learning, but we all get upset when people trash Elvis I have protected him all my life, and still am at 80 years old, thanks for trying.

yes this was the fat Elves. His voice had changed a lot. He could no longer do the R&R that made his name. He had become just another ballet singer doing very little moving around As to his voice wish i could remember the names of these things but Im getting old and they r going. U have 4 dif voices. U use dif ones to hit dif notes. I would not use the same voice to hit a A-1 as I would to hit an A-2 or A-3 or A-4. Yes even at 77 I can do it b/c i song every day doing warm ups while I move my cattle and get into full swing as I got to the chickens and by the time Im doin the pigs I'm singing Flowery Vale and then going to Indian Reservation before maybe going into Lion Sleeps and I hit the hit note. U see kids i spend most of my days by myself out where the only noise being made r being done so by wind water and animals. I add my voice to theirs when I am drowning them out with some machine. I spend about 10 t0 16 hr a day on a tractor bailing hay form Jun 1 to into Oct. I sing along to whatever come up on my play list. Replaced ear muffs for ear protection to headphones to ear buds. I hate the sound of a infernal combustion engine. Cant wait till my new French E ones get here. I have bought 2 to replace my 2 biggest. I am actually going up form 164 HP to 180. Ya I know recharge time. They thought of that. Made battery pact so u flip a switch flip 6 thingies disconnect the power wire by just doing a twist and hook the little crane that is part of tractor lift it out and set it down for recharging and yes u guessed it put another one in that is charged. Time to do this. After a few time about five min. Btw the crane is manual. U get about an hr at a good working speed, hr and half just running down the road by itself. Battery charge time is about 4 hr. I got 5 with each. Cost. Not cheap. Over $800K for the lot with shipping. The thing is if these are taken care of they will still be running like new in 50 yr. The only parts to go bad in them are the dam chip to give u GPS and let the tractor run itself. Ya they has a computer but u have to to adjust the power to each wheel to keep it going in straight and using power the best it can. Oh it is going to be so nice to have just the sound of the wheels and equipment. They can be noisy but no burning of shat to get work done. I m putting up solar and wind to charge them.
