Not only that it's pretty eye opening by how much vvomen have biases against men and by a wide margin. Men just want the best person for the job and don't care about the sex of the person as long as it benefits them and it leads to a win. Meanwhile women will promote other women over men even if it's to their own detriment and hurts them personally and their own company! That is some absolute craziness. Given this data maybe men should be in the leadership and managerial positions. Having that level of biases where sex is promoted over merit can be quite detrimental to the economic productivity and health of a nation.

A better question is: “Should women even be in positions of power.” And I will give two arguments: 1. Is intelligence intelligence if it is partnered with the fluid capacity for dishonesty? If not, any opinion of a dishonest person is irrelevant regardless of intelligence. Which has no place for managerial positions. 2. (Based on the video) Every organisation which hires women, will eventually given enough time be 100% women given enough flexibility as they only refer and hire themselves (basically enough). 3. In the real world, these organisation, once they become all female, the full focus becomes demanding more government money, become super inefficient and then implode. In Australia schooling, medicine and aged care are all female run and are constantly demanding higher pay and delivering worse and worse outcomes. Also, mind you screaming about inclusion, then only hiring women. So, the question then becomes: “Should women even be allowed to be in the workforce?” And the answer based on what was discussed, is, no, but if they have to be their hiring capacity should be curved as they are far too biased. I.e. as long as they are not in positions of power. I rest my case.
