Whenever there is war or any operation officers look at jawan and encourage him all way but when the matter of pay and allowances comes they discourage them .they don't recommend their case strongly in pay commission. They become selfish when participate in pay commission. The bullet fired by enemies doesn't differentiate between officers and jawan then why difference in MSP (military service pay).may I know who got the pain of lathi in Galwan.
