I've been Reborning for a year. These tutorials are the best I have come across. So many secrets to getting a beautiful baby that is quality and realistic. Emily truly knows her stuff. Bar none....the best techniques.

EXTREMELY enlightening! The very first time I watched an expensive tutorial by a “prototype artist” I was so excited. Come to find out “color by numbers” wasn’t so easy after all. Lots of skipped steps and missing information 😢 I kinda had to wing it and used free tutorials to get more info to fill in the gaps. Unfortunately mixing the two artists techniques still didn’t quite get me where I wanted to be. Close, but when doing a portrait baby, close is not good enough. Thank you for the honesty and transparency.

I’m so happy I found your page! So much information and learning but you truly break down the true meaning of being an artist in this way. As someone who’s pained pictures for a long time, I almost find it funny that people think it’s as easy as paint by numbers! Art is magic and each of us have to find our own magic, make our own mistakes and learn with a hand held to guid us in a rough direction. Thank you for guiding me as when I looked at other tutorials the “washes” just did not not make sense to me, as that would just create 2 dimension instead of 3! Excited to be doing it your way!

Love the explanation that you did, when is your next tutorial? And how do you get the color of AA babies using your technique?

Thank you! I'm currently filming my next one, which is reborning with Winton Oils as part of a series doing a full tutorial using each of the heat set lines on the market. It should be out in about a month. I'm also working on a strand alone beginner skills tutorial. I release a new one every 2-3 months. I specialize in Caucasian skin tones, AA painting is very different as far as methods go. I'm working on AA skin tones right now so that I'll be able to offer a series on them in the future, I'm still getting my techniques and best methods to create them down before teaching others ❤️

Your tutorials are the best and always seem to address JUST what's needed . I just love learning from the immense knowledge that you possess. At this timestamp kzbin.info/www/bejne/enTPmJyjrd1godk where you are talking about the porous sponges you use, are those the ones that are hard and you have to wet to soften or are those a brand that stays soft? Thanks so much and hi Tate!
@ebornsreborns6 ай бұрын
Awww thank you so much! They come soft and you don't wet them at all, well besides your paint! I believe they are these ones, they are just regular foam cosmetic rounds. I can't remember for sure, mine are about 7 years old, but these are in my order history, so I'm assuming! a.co/d/cTqbHm4
