The actual usage of power of attorney is to give lawyers right by client to do transactions in favour of principle and act as an agent. I believe not to bypass sale deed requirement but in this country the law works in reverse.

Is Whithin family an executant of general power of attorney got issued one stamp paper in his own name in favour of her son ,the question whether her 4 daughters can sign the same paper as executants in favour of their same brother for their different properties in order to avoid further expenses.is such attorney is valid without identification of land only describing the names of estates not name of specific land and pieces of land
