Offer the welding shirts in dark colors- navy blue, or black. Khaki reflects too much light up your chest, and under the helmet. I used to get neck sunburns from light colored clothing. I changed to dark colors, and no more burns. NO POLYESTER!!! Chamois cloth shirts work fine, but the fuzz burns off- just a flicker, and no problem.
