They Would Definitely be a great team, but Felica would have to be asked by Sam, and Felica has a lot of Exspearace, to bring to the table, not to mention she has great contacts, Anna and the WSB, not to mention DA Scorpio, and of course Mac. through Felica is great at charming men to help her out, look at how she got Ryan's guard to let her in to see him.
