Am recovering from pneumonia without medication (agreed to by my MD). But was struggling bc the wildfire smoke in my area has been intense off and on the last few days. ETC. Lol Fell asleep really quickly. Was woken by noisy neighbours at some point. Went back to sleep immediately with no negative reaction! And woke relaxed, with my body-mind feeling deeply supported by my afternoon nap!

hi! i hope you’re doing well😊 i just wanted to thank you for your videos that you upload on youtube! a month ago i got really sick & ended up behind in school. I spent most days crying & I was so anxious about how long i would be sick for & school that it was impossible for me to relax or even sleep. i felt so helpless but you’re videos helped me so much with distracting my mind from my pain & anxieties. I was finally able to sleep & relax throughout the day so i could get better faster! & now your videos still help me fall asleep or calm down if i get too anxious❤️❤️ thank you again i don’t know what i would’ve done honestly.

The rain noise was louder than your voice, but I did like the safe place I chose. Thank you for the help in modifying a place I’ve used for years. Because of the heavy rain sound, I added a huge waterfall and a more tropical environment that allowed me to have all kinds of fresh fruits in the bushes and trees.

Hi there. Thank you for your great videos! I know you talk about sleep as well as digestive health on your channel. You stated that one should go to bed between 10pm and 11pm. I have also heard, elsewhere, that one should eat at least 3 hours before bed for good digestive (and overall) health. So, ideally, what time do you suggest that people stop eating by? The problem I'm running into is that I try to stop eating early enough, but then I get hungry around bedtime. Thank you for your help, Clare!

I'm not a medical doctor, so you will get more accurate advice from your own family doctor. But, as I see it, eating your last meal or snack between 7-8pm is ideal. Now, I struggle with this too, so I try my best to make my last meal at that time, but it's probably a 50/50 chance that I'll snack up to 9pm because I'm still hungry. My reason for starting this was that my own doctor suggested I try intermittent fasting. I will say the more you do it, the easier it gets.
