This 30 minute power nap guided meditation includes relaxing music for sleeping. This calming music uses binaural beats for a 30-minute binaural sleep. This mental recharge makes for a great afternoon nap. This 30 minute power nap includes a sleep talkdown guided meditation and is an effective lunch time guided meditation.

Hooked! I stopped taking prescribed meds for sleep and started hypnosis. Never imagined how powerful, beneficial and relaxing it was! I have had a few favorites but your voice has blown them all out of the water! You are now my #1!!!

Rest is so important to me as someone with chronic pain, but my brain is constantly "on". This helped me feel relaxed, rested, and still productive given the 30min window. Thank you. 🙏

Hi Ally, I saw the cat and thought: Yes, this one Thank you, I needed the long fase of settling down, I started the practice with a big overwhelm and my brain that got all kinds of insights and was processing a lot, actually calmed down and became quiet. I'm feeling recharged and positive. I found your channel about 10 days ago, and been doing one of your nidras every morning before getting up. They leave me feeling calm and positive. I think I've found my home with Yoga Nidra. Thank you so much, Ally. Gonna keep up the self care now and will take a walk in the sunshine.

I use this all the time! I'm a Paramedic, and my sleep schedule is a bit odd. This nap video is great for helping me get some much needed rest on my off days. Ally, would you perhaps do another guided nap?

This is sooo good! 💕 Would it be possible to jet a 45 and a 60 minute versions, too? I know they are not exactly "power naps" but sometimes you need more rest...

When I relax my jaw and tongue while lying on my back, I have a very hard time breathing. It feels like my tongue falls back into my throat and I feel a slight choking sensation. Is this normal? What can I do about it? I usually keep my tongue just behind my top teeth during Nidra, that doesn't allow for jaw or tongue relaxation but the experience is more comfortable and generally relaxing.

Do not. I repeat, do not think you can listen while finishing up lunch. You'll wake up with food in your mouth you'll be so calm, and relaxed. 😂.

😮 first time taking this medication, I relax very well but I did not go to sleep do not feel rested, full of energy and rejuvenated, I'll try it again in 15 minutes or so

This was fantastic!! I clicked on it because of the cat ❤. You started talking and everything went black and then you were doing the wake up and when I saw the clock I couldn't believe it! I feel so well rested!
