It was because of an old interview with Zane that I know stretch between sets. -Lats after pulldowns/ rows. Hams After leg curls/squats. Been doing it for several years now.

Weight, size, distance, time are measurements to record progress (markers) not final product. Both are useful, but not the same.

I love Jay just as much as the next guy, but Nick you need to go back and watch some of those older videos, of Vince Taylor, Robby Robinson, Sonny Schmidt… there condition was really good. Yes Jay big but he needs to get a lot more conditioned than he is. These guy where really good for there age.
