I hope this reaches you with a now accepting father. As a father myself, I could not imagine ever loving my son less because is something like his sexuality, or anything. It is hard for many fathers, your son is there to carry your line, your daughter to do the same, but even that can be handled. Honestly, the only thing about it that would scare me and worry me is knowing the crap he would need to be able to endure because of the stigma attached to bring not straight. As a father it is our job to protect our children from anyone or anything intending them harm, but it is really hard for is to protect you from hate

I love these two. I'm bisexual and for the longest time I pretended to be straight. Growing up in a Christian household was hard on me when it came to my sexuality. It still is. Nothing hurt more than "friends" finding out I was bi and then turning their backs on me. Yes I currently have a boyfriend but when people ask I proudly say I'm bi and it's because of those influencers like Eugene and Dan. People who are openly LGBTQ+ in media or openly support it make me more comfortable with myself.
