I lived in Richmond (Short Pump) 3 years ago. So, I know that area well and this TH is grossly overpriced. There's no way I'd pay NOVA prices for a Richmond experience.

I Agree. It’s beautiful but Before the pandemic I saw houses in this area/same build starting in the high 500-600k. I’m my opinion wayyy to overpriced for Richmond. Especially being you can get the same in northern Virginia and there’s lots more to do there.

@@butsarahsaid It's like people have brought into the hype. I get the area is nice but like you said this is still Richmond not NOVA. Whether you're a church mouse or a person who likes to party, paying almost $1,000,000 for an attached house is just insane. Once this moratorium on rent is done away with there will be more homes to buy than you can shake a stick at. Then we'll see just how much something is really worth when the options are plentiful.
