I am looking for the parts for my 2015 genesis coupe head gasket replacement, including all necessary sensors, ect. Can you please advise me what needs replacing?

You’ll want a timing kit Intake and exhaust Ocv solenoids for both sides Oem Head gasket Oem valve cover gasket New oem head bolts Optional components would be cvvt camshaft sprockets for intake and exhaust And new oil pump.

Is it the right side of the bump on the crank that needs to be lined up with the mark? Or the center of the bump on the crank? Or does it not matter?

I appreciate the video but, you didn't show how to find TDC or line up the cam gears. Which marks do I lining up to know I'm at TDC and cam gears are lined up?

Yes I did. You have to pre time everything before removing the timing components. Chains tensioners etc Once you’re ready to put the new chain on then you line up the crank first. 2:50 mark. If you do this correctly you don’t have to mess with the crank afterwards. That’s the purpose of pre timing everything before removing the old timing chain. So pre time Remove old timing components Doubly check crank TDC @ 2:50 mark Then you install the new chain and line up all the marks. Once the crank is at TDC you don’t mess with it again. You adjust the camshafts only to line up. Once everything is in place install the tensioners and guides and lock it in place and do the oil pump chain Then repeat on the passenger side

I have a question: 2 weeks ago I changed the gaskets on the engine covers (3.8) because the oil was coming out, and I keep seeing that where the spark plugs are, I see that it is getting dirty again with oil. What I can do?

You probably have found out already, but check your OCV sensor on the side which gets oily. It's pretty common for them to leak oil into the plug and onto the valve cover. You need to replace your OCV.

@@yerok88 all you do extra is take off the 4 bolts that hold it in place. 4 12mm 12 point bolts and it comes right off.
