I just stumbled upon this and it completely blows my mind!!!!!!!!!! I have been an huge Genesis fan from almost day one.. and I have listened to this about 20 times now and I don't think that there was an single missed note!! And if you really think about the hours, days, weeks if not months to learn all the music, keyboard settings and effort that went into this 11 min video still blows my mind every time that I listen to it! I don't know if anyone from Genesis has ever watched this but I bet if they did they would truly be amazed and proud of all the work that they put into this. WELL DONE!!!!!!

Great description. Mike was always recognized as a phenomenal bassist but for some reason, only an average guitarist.

@@glenngibbs4419 He is kind of an average guitarrist to be honest, but really, he accepts than he is more of a songwritter than anything else, and his playing is appropiate and good for what Genesis was doing at that time. Remember than the argument also comes from comparisons to Steve Hackett, which let's be honest, is a better guitarrist than Rutherford, and I think Mike would agree with that.
