can someone expert explain to me what exactly are those code used for? (numbers and letters such as A3, C2, B4 etc) please I'm interested to dive deeper into this expertise, and I just see it everywhere on Japan anime

hey dony! these labels stand for the drawing counts of the invidual layers. Everything is animated on a different layer, such as the effects, the character, the BG (incase you cel animated it) etc. We label these cels to also keep track of how many drawings exist in the particular cut. They are also needed because they get written down on the timesheet, so we can keep track of where to position the cel on the timeline. So yeah they have multiple purposes, but i believe they are mainly for organisation, clarity and communication. there are many steps you need to follow and need to keep in check to get a good end result. I hope this helps!

They keyanimation i provide gets traced and inbetweened by another douga artist afterwards from the studio. The coloring and compositing is also done by the studio. I tend to draw most frames to ensure quality in movements and consistency in drawings ( at least i try to ...still a lot to learn..)
