I have a friend who is Mongolian. He's said many times: "No noodle in Mongolian BBQ. Blasphemy! Only meat and veggie." I eat at a neighborhood Mongolian BBQ owned by people from the home country, and there are ZERO noodles around. I wonder if it's an American invention because we're so carb addicted. Just like much of what is Chinese food isn't real Chinese food.

I kinda love this kind of restaurant where you can choose your preferred ingredients provided by the restaurant itself and let the chef cook them. It's not very common here in my country.

I'm a 21 year old white boy. I work at khans grille and mongolian food is simpler than cooking anything else. You just have to make sure you water the noodles and break up the big chunks of meat then let it cook in about minute. U dont have to brush it around like him thats just his technique
