Hello Genie, I have a question, why won't my Genie Model 2028 Professional Line ReliaG Series not work with any other lightbulb then the one it came with? Please and thank you.

Make sure the tabs on the inside of the light socket are making contact with the bulb. Also as long as it is a standard bulb with a standard base it will work. If you however are using an LED or CFL bulb, the drivers in the bulbs could potentially cause radio frequency interference
