Light bulb moment! I now finally understand why walking is when I pain. Seeing you demonstrate the kick back Is actually bending your back. That is my most yucky movement but never applied it to a walking motion! Understanding the why is powerful knowledge. Thank you for this demonstration!

Thanks Charlie. What is the opposite of a standing forward bend where standing back up causes sharp pain in the thoracic/ scapula tip area toward center

Great tips Doc, can it also be different motions that work at different times of the healing process? One day it seems a squat is good the next day it’s not.

You know what i noticed when i squat it lets me walk for a lil bit more. 🤔

Yup, your right doc.. I did test they all bug me but that back kick brings all the pain... so the squat is next in my trial for pain free medicine, wish me luck people
