My grandpa passed away a week ago and this was sung as a congregational song at the funeral. He was the song leader at his church (which was a small Old Regular Baptist church) and the last time I went to church with my grandparents there 2 weeks ago he lead this song and listening to this makes me hear his voice and picture the church, both from the funeral and the last sunday I ever heard him sing. But I know he's with Jesus now so this is such an amazing song because Jesus IS coming soon!

I remember watching Oak Ridge Boys with my Grammie in the 80s/90s; one of her favorites! She is now with the Lord. I miss her a lot. I think this may well be the "Oak's" finest moment on film! It isn't one of their secular performances, but that's why it may well, be their finest!! They were singing their hearts out for the Lord and praising him with this song, which they are responsible for introducing to the gospel music world, back in the early to mid 1970's! Along with that, the Holy Spirit was moving in that studio, no doubt, touching all who were present, and hopefully, touching and stirring every heart that watches here, on KZbin now, as well!!
