It's concerning to me that Deberry can't crack this rotation even with Dorka out. I expected her to at least be in the rotation by now. Her size is needed especially against the better teams in the country.

I never hear about DeBarry, I thought she might get some mins. Is she just not ready to play at this level? Something else?

Amari is head scratching for sure. She herself stated that she stayed behind this summer to work. Coach puts you in if he sees production in practice. The ball is in her court, I would hate to think she's just along for the ride. Puts me in the mind of Kia Stokes Geno had the same issues with her.

I donlt know how she practices, but Geno doesn't give minutes to the players end of the bench even if there is a 20+ point lead with a few minutes left in the game; that's the way he's done it for years. When people ask why he doesn't do this, some moron in the Comments section always says" Where have you coached"? He exposes his players to potential injury and results in players (eg Mir Mclean, Andra-Espinoza-Hunter, Lexi Gordon, etc.) transferring to another school. At least give the players some minutes and rest your regular players with a 20+ point lead and 3 minutes left in the game.

Whoa Kia Stokes got hella burn her junior and senior season and with amari it’s definitely practice she has the size but I’m not sure about her development also Caroline needs to get more burn once she’s fully healthy I love how she hoops we really have a squad this year

YUP.. It's something else - Practicing habits...Girl has talents but isn't willing to put the time in practice..Geno has mention this before in other videos. She's one of those players that didn't expect D1 to be this hard at UCONN..Which a LOT of players that graduated had stated how hard it is to play at UCONN...The one that just had her number retired - Swin Cash admitted to.
