Most of the characters don't have voiced lines in English, due to the ongoing strike. Because of that I chose to change the voice language to Japanese Dub after the first cutscene. It's unfortunate, but if this remains in the future I'll have to play the game in JP dub till they sort out the english voices.....* A full run of the event. I didn't even know this was happening till last night. So I just did the whole event in one video. Enjoy!

1:04:00 peak comedy lmao. I love Kaveh and Faruzan's tandem in this one. Also, I just noticed how much improvement there is with the representations of the dialogues in genshin. There's more effects, gestures, animation and camera movements a that it doesn't feel that dull anymore. HSR should learn from this

Did you guys notice that aether and Lumine were both in the animation at the end I saw it after finishing the event I thought my eyes were deceiving me but nope I had really seen aether ( the cutscene with both of them is at 1:45:54 )

The other actors are on strike so it tracks. I knew if natlan and it's current arc wasn't getting voiced, this wouldn't either. It sucks too cause I really need to finish this event. I do hope seriously that hoyo allows most of us to redo events cause damn man the events I missed out on scene wise breaks me. Or implement in the archives cutscenes to where when the vas do come back, we can hear them again

Some recording studios(?) wanted to use ai in some works to replace voice actors so to hopefully stop that nonsense, the vas are on strike :) that’s a short rundown if u want to know more, cynos va spoke about this I think

@@em7286Replacing voice actors with AI is such a prick move. I do not know how furious Hoyoverse and their writers are with the recording studios.

It’s not that simple, it’s also about setting up guidelines and restrictions on that kind of stuff before it becomes a major issue, as well as just general stuff that causes strikes. Y’know, working conditions, pay, all that. Each studio has to agree individually and I think one in particular is being very stubborn about it (not unexpectedly, it’s the one that caused the strike in the first place).
