Damm. This guy has the "perfect" look in my humble opinion. The lean, thick muscle with great vascularity throughout every body part is so impressive. Those forearm brachialis tied into his Bi's & Tri's look so fukin impressive.

Alot respect for you it doesn't matter what are you putting in your body it takes alot work and years to get a body like that..
@JoeMaxFpv
@JoeMaxFpv 5 жыл бұрын
See how winded he gets. What people forget is basic steroids never kill people. It’s the concept that someone that big is the same strain as being obese. Most people die from cardiac failure because the body cannot safely sustain that amount of extra mass. If you plan to be large you better do extensive cardio to strengthen your lungs, heart and circulatory system otherwise you will eventually suffer from some form of heart failure. Or other obesity related disease.

This is what happens when someone with good genetics dedicates themselves to training the body, not the ego. Perfect technique, perfect tempo, maximum mind-muscle engagement. All more important than poundage used. Impressive training methodology and execution builds an equally impressive physique. Everyone blames drugs for the bubble-gut phenomena in modern Bodybuilding, but a lot of it comes from athletes training squats and deads like a powerlifter does- the creation of abdominal cavity pressure to stabilise monstrous weights and the habit of 'pushing-out' the stomach to lift heavy , stretches the linea alba. Function dictates form. This guy trains like a true bodybuilder, and his physique reflects that.

Question how many sets per shoulder and legs? Same with chest and triceps abs back and biceps ? Also I want to look like you. My dream is to be a body builder unfortunately my life is a bit upside down. Work has been difficult and I’m in need to reaching a goal and changing my life and finally say I did it. I’m 42 and I don’t smoke I don’t drink and I have no girlfriend because their botched lol

I'm similar to you but I've been training for years. I'm not on the same level as this guy but I'm getting there. Get a bodybuilding book and some weights,and a cheap bench for bench press,ideally with a leg curl attachment. I got "Arnold the education of a bodybuilder" by "Arnold Schwarzenneger" Go for it,try and eat right and pay attention to the soreness. Start by doing 3 sets for each body part and workout 3 days days a week. 3 sets of 8 reps Monday/Wednesday/Friday Bench press Military barbell press Squat Reverse leg curl Barbell curl Tricep French press.

straps
@danielpicquet1042
@danielpicquet1042 5 жыл бұрын
Straps won't make your grip any stronger though. Train your forearms and don't use straps, get fat grips on your dumbbells and do deadlifts for 3's or singles. Train without straps, until grip starts to fail.
