Hi Jessica, I thank God for this videos. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and removed my right ovary for couple of months ago. Just currently, I've been experiencing pain and even almost depression. I was searching randomly on KZbin about how to manage Endo and here I came across your video. I followed this exercise and I feel relieved. Also, as I listened to you, I feel comforted. I even cried because I felt like I found out that I am not alone with this journey. I hope you would be able to read my comment. Thank you, and God bless you!

This video / channel honestly saved my life. I was stuck in a pain cycle for 8 months after my laprascopic surgery for endometriosis. I had no direction from any professionals and my surgeon left the country quickly after my surgery so i never had a follow up. I was terriffied, i couldn't move, lift a bag of groceries, or wall more than 20 minutes without flaring up my pain and winding up in bed or on the couch again. I had so much inflammation and congestion in my pelvis that anything I did would hurt. I felt like I completely lost my life after battling for so long and the surgery felt like the cherry on top of my pain. After 8 months of no progress, I was sure the surgery made everything worse. My self confidence suffered, i gained so much inflammation weight none of my clothes fit, pants actually hurt to wear. I started to believe life as I knew it was in the past and this is who I am now, i wished i could go back and deal with the old pain over this new pain. It wasn't until I came across Jessica's channel. I started doing this workout 2x a week to get some sort of control over my movement and pain. I remember crying the first time I watched it because It truly feels like she understood how hard it can be because she's been there too and talks about her journey it in a relational way. Eventually I started doing it every morning, i found amazing womens health resources that taught me alot about diet and supplements and the journey finding home in my body again started. After about 6 weeks I purchased her actual endometriosis workout that is 45 minutes long. It's been 2 years since surgery, I'm back to being my active self, I can bike, hike, snowboard and i dont approach anything with doubt that itll hurt me anymore. I still have bad days with endo and pcos (lucky me !) but I can always come back to her videos and get the inspiration, the support, and the movement i need most in my hips and pelvis and regain that control over my pain. Thank you so much Jessica!!!

Today is one of those terrible days, when even muscle relaxant didn't do a trick. This video was reccomended to me by KZbin (probably thanks to my recent search history) and it made me feel a little better. It’s been challenging to accept and find what works, overtime you learn. I have a question for you every time that you went back to have more surgery was it a longer period in between that you were okay or did it get increasingly worse? I’m curious because I’m at 2 year mark and when I get that pain I’m thinking should I go back for more ?

Hello Jessie! I know this video is a couple years old but I just came across it. l am aware of these stretches, but I truly enjoyed how you explained why they can help women with endo. I did have a couple questions, and I am hoping maybe you might be able to provide a little advice. My family genes are a little Fakaka. I inherited endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, and MTHFR. January 4th, 2024 I was admitted into the ER for severe pain that was causing me to pass out. The doctor left me in the bed so long without looking at me, not even a saline I.V. After 6 hours or more I had enough family start showing up that the doctor finally did something, because he waited so long I had lost a liter of blood from internal bleeding from an ectopic pregnancy. I lost my left tube but still have both ovaries. The surgeon removed a small orange sized cyst from my right ovary. My question(s) for you is are there any exercises/stretches/anything natural preferably that you may have come across on your journey through all of this that could possibly help me shed the Endo and Adenomyosis along with the PCOS maybe? My husband and I have been trying for almost a year to share a child together and we've been unsuccessful since losing our last baby from the ectopic. I've spent so many hours looking up herbal remedies, natural treatments, Hormone Therapies, so on. Would you might know of anything that could help with my infertility and like I stated before, the Endo/Adeno/PCOS. Thank you for your videos and time to help women like me with this unfortunate journey many of us women have to take. W. Maxine
