This is so soothing! Just tried it, and I just got such an awesome feeling inside, combined with the fact that I had a great stretch session. Definitely going to repeat in a regular basis, Kino's voice just assured me and allowed to not wander away. Too bad for the interruptions, but hey, life is made of unexpected things. I so totally love this yoga video! The flow is beautiful and what I love the most about it is how your cat walked up to you and someone rang the doorbell and you didn't stop the recording once...every day life events included in asana practice, now THAT'S yoga... Love it:)

I woke up today a little groggy and with some aches and pains from sleeping poorly. a big fan. just love your videos especially the ones for the hips. I have a query and I thought you'd be the perfect person to ask. well, I train martial arts and I suffered a terrible injury; muscle tear in the hip. I'm healing well but if you could just suggest a few asans which would help me regain my strength and flexibility. you don't need to make a separate video, just the names will be great. thank you for your time 😊

So a few years ago I guess I pulled a muscle (or something!) on my left inner thigh trying to work on splits improperly. I don't remember exactly how or when it happened but now whenever I try and stretch it it feels extremely tight and quite painful like it will snap if I'm not careful enough. What did I do to my leg?! Do you think that it's permanent? What sort of doctor can help me figure this out?

Mona Taylor Thanks! I haven't seen any specialist about it but I did discover that if I do consistant gentle stretches daily with a proper warm up it loosens up and becomes less painful during activity. 😊 Just have to work on being consistant with it...

Very soothing voice, however wasn't an easy, gentle practice. There are too many difficult asanas (22:33 WHAT???!!!)....could not even finish the practice today because this is unrealistic for a beginner.

I feel as if this is mislabeled. I don't think this is beginner at all. A beginner would need a lot more modification cuing. A regular individual can't spread their legs that far or fold like that.
