Kino I used to watch your videos and life got overwhelming, I got lazy- but today I was searching for some kind of practice to help me pull myself towards myself and I found this video. You are such an inspiration to me. A truly dedicated and wonderful soul, you take time to speak and teach, not rush through because you're good at it- like i find most yogi's do. You take your time to navigate ones positioning which is so necessary for me as I struggle with back pain. You are my favourite Yogi, I literally recommend you to everyone. keep doiing you

I was full blue condition. unknown anxiety and stress....So I chose this program. First time, I couldn`t focused, but ending time I felt peace =)Thx Kino

This was a great relaxation yoga practice. To me i was able to relax more instead of feeling the need to push in my stretches, like I normally do. I really enjoy thread the needle because my shoulders are always tight, so that one helps a lot.

I liked the camel pose, the back bend pose, for relaxation the best since most of the tension I get from stress stays in my upper back. Specially when we held one hand on our ankles and lifted the other one up, it really opened by back up. This flow was more subdued and focused on resting after poses, like in child's pose, than what my instructor does.

Hey Kino, I love watching your videos and using them to help me with practicing inner peace, anything I do on my knees really hurts though, and same with the knuckles of my feet. Is that something that I need to just focus through, or is there something that I could be doing differently?

You are such a beautiful yogi, my wish is that you would just educate yourself more before presenting such asanas as anti anxiety and for promoting relaxation. Scientifically these poses do not promote reducing anxiety or promote relaxation, they increase blood pressure. Yoga of the heart is a great resource to find these studies. Lots of love to you and your teachers ❤️

yoga is a great practice it takes a long time to get where you want to go it is such a journey but even when you know the various postures to relieve anxiety and stress to feel better the stress will always be there the best we can do is people is lessen the effects life is a battle internal and external events and that will never change as long as you are breathing.end of story

Does anyone know why this would happen... when doing the cobra, my arms seem too short, I appear to not have enough forearm for my body to be lifted from the ground, as it would mean my forearms lifting up :/

On the plus side ,this was a good short practice. Not to be negative ,but your commentary can be off putting. Is 'equanimous' even a word?
