Ahh....I have never written in hindi, but it looks so beautiful as a written language!🌷 I think the best pen depends on your preferred writing style. If you like to write in large strokes, a thicker pen tip (eg. 0.7mm) would make it look better. But if you tend to write small letters, you should look for a thinner pen tip (eg. 0.5mm or 0.3mm). Also, if you are left handed, you should look for a pen that doesn't smudge. Assuming you are right-handed, I would recommend the "Pilot G2 05" gel pen (this is my favorite pen). I also like their other tip sizes ("Pilot G2 07" and "Pilot G2 03"). These inks tend to smudge, though. So if this is an issue, try a rollerball pen instead of the gel pen. I hope that helps you get started on your journey to finding your perfect pen for you! 💛

Hi Sara! Sure ~ I found it most effective to write first about what happened during the day, then how you feel about it. You can also include space for recording what you are thankful for or what you particularly liked about the day. I also sometimes write down things that I have been watching or listening to lately and what I like about them. Over time you will find you have collected many memories in your journal by writing down daily events, and you’ll also have a lot of beneficial practice articulating your emotions and thoughts. I hope that helps ^___^ ❤️
