I'm three weeks in to your kb365. I did The Giant for about 3 months. I definitely got some size, muscle and strength but kb365 is seriously stripping some fat off. My abs, obliques and sides have changed in the short time, in a great way. I appreciate you.

I'm 3 weeks into Maximorum now, and boy does it work! Already the results are visible, and as a byproduct it's cured the remaining niggles in my left shoulder... Can't wait for the next 9 weeks. I only wish I took some pics or measurements beforehand starting it.

Thank you Mr Neupert, appreciating your work from Washington State here! I’ve been on the search as to where to start as an overweight weight (245lb, 5’10) 41 year old BJJ hobbyist and KB amateur (about 6 months of Pavel’s Simple a couple years ago), I thank you for pointing me in the right direction to start in on Kettlebell Burn 2.0! I’m excited to shed the weight and feel like an optimal human again without over stressing my adrenals with metcons like I’ve done in the past!

@christophersbyers - Glad to help! Please let us know how "Kettlebell Burn 2.0" works for you. It's proven itself mightily over the last 13 years for stripping off the fat.

Awesome video men....im in middle of the wolf...wich i assume is a recomp program....once finished i will move to a fat loss program....im 6'6" with 276lb

@luisantoniozr5509 - Glad you liked it. Yes, 'THE WOLF' can be a recomp program. Most people report leaner, stronger, better conditioned as a result. Please let us know about your results with it.

Recomping is the way to go. It is far more common than people realise... 'Fat loss' workouts are pretty much debunked myths or/and over-rated/over-hyped, as it is... Fat loss is more of an energy balance equation in which the calories-in part of the equation is far, far more important -- and easier to control -- than the exercise part. Most exercises as it is don't burn as much fat - or even as many calories - as people think/assume they do!

@shantanusapru - I agree with the first part of your statement, but only in part with the second part of your statement. There's plenty of research if you know where to look that demonstrates superiority of exercises and loading parameters to others for promoting fat loss. The problem is, most of what we see in the mainstream fitness media is the "others."
