The KEY to successful kettlebell training - leaner, stronger, more muscular, better conditioned - is to understand and embrace the 5 LEVEL Pyramid.

Currently doing Dry Fighting Weight Geoff and I feel this is the perfect program to start someone off in level 4. I can see and feel myself getting stronger. Excellent video.

Geoff is a legend. Great to see in the youtube feed. Love the emails as well, I read every one. Very informative & made many optimizations from them. Protein, rest, principles, etc. etc etc... Got a lot from Tim's "Original Strength" as well which learned about through Geoff. Got form way more dialed in with BIG 5 & Kettlebell Strong, plus a lot of Giant informed work with double C&P. Stronger than ever and continue improving. Top resource for kettle-bell practice.

After two years of consistent kettlebell training, I have finally reached Level 4 this week and started Kettlebell STRONG! with double 24kg bells. It's a fascinating mix of feelings. I can press a single 32kg kettlebell for 7-8 reps, so a 24kg feels relatively easy. However, using two of them simultaneously feels significantly heavier on my entire body. It's quite intriguing, and I'm eager to see the results.

I'm just looking for "what muscles work on kettlebell" then end up watching your video. I'm actually thinking of switching to Kettlebell only workouts as it is space saver. I can do now the Single KB Clean & Press but I also incorporate KB on my weighted Pistol Squats & other Single Leg Squats as KB much easier to hold unlike Barbell & Dumbbell. These 5 Level of KB is very useful on how I progress everyday. Thanks & hope you'll post a lot of this kind of video.

Great Information here, thank you. So would your GIANT program be considered level 5?
@GeoffNeupert
@GeoffNeupert Жыл бұрын
@andrew Heminger - It's LEVELS 2 thru 5. Depends on whether you use a single KB or a pair. 1.2 is the 3 or 5.

Do you have an online course for all these levels?
@GeoffNeupert
@GeoffNeupert Жыл бұрын
@riyas - No, not organized in this manner. I do have a course for single KB work, and two courses for double KB work. Let me know if you'd like the links to check them out.

Is it ok if I start directly with THE GIANT? before doing level 1 and 2? Because once I did the Double Kettlebell Clean and Press from the Giant and 2 weeks after my neighbor asked me If I was going to the gym 😁
@GeoffNeupert
@GeoffNeupert Жыл бұрын
I'd still go with Levels 1 and 2 first. Good news is, you can still do 'THE GIANT' with a single KB, so it fits Level 2.

Hi Peder - That's correct. IF you buy that program, I'll give you 'THE BIG 6' Single Kettlebell Technique Videos, which retail for $99, free. Make sense?

@GeoffNeupert, I assume the promo to get THE BIG 6 with it is no longer running? I only see "Your Core Foundation Video" and "The Test/ReTest Method " as a bonus to it. Is there any other promo that bundles THE BIG 6?

Is the get-up really that important? I only ask because I hate that exercise. I had a medical thing and can start again, at level 1, although level 2 exercises are no issues thanks to your programs i bought. Always confused.
@GeoffNeupert
@GeoffNeupert Жыл бұрын
@Don Vape - Great question. Personally, I'm not a big fan of the Get Up, but they are important for many, if not most. Especially if you've had shoulder issues while/from benching or going overhead. Glad to hear my programs are helping you with LEVEL 2 exercises. At the end of the day, each person must decide for himself/herself the value of each exercise, and then live with the results of that decision.

Thank you. I had no issues with level two exercises and some level 4. I'll start level 1, again. Two months is a lot of time for me. And I have had shoulder issues and even fixed a hurt rotator cuff using kettlebells and bands. It took two years but no surgery.
