I think the hardest thing I hear in this video is that if you fall and fail and don’t follow through how much it hurts her again and she thinks you’re trying to be a trickery even if you are trying to make the changes and you’re working on yourself we’re still human is there anything that we can do when we do mess up since we are human and not perfect that can help address having things fall back in the place without it sounding like an excuse

Step 3 also build off of your insecurities from the past. One of my strongest love languages is service. What stinks is when it feels weaponized "I did this for you and you didnt appreciate it the waybI wanted you to" or "I got you this gift and you didn't like it? BUT..." when you do things and it iant the outcome you expected you have to bw prepared for that, especially includes what is going on during separation or divorce process...
