If I didn’t find a right partner , it’d be me. The artist tells the story that shows how it feels to go through life with no one but myself. And the feeling is amazing, you know? The freedom, no compromises on what’s important for you. Nothing to lose. Except yourself. But it’s also kinda empty as the time goes, you know? Because you realize, not everyone makes you feel like there’s no place for you. Not everyone by your side means cancelling and refusing what’s important. And to be honest I’d go across the whole world just to find this person, so I wouldn’t live alone, I wouldn’t live with wrong person, but just with the right one. But some people decide to stay with what’s wrong, although it means throwing out what’s important and refusing what’s needed. They’re left with nothing but the person who they wanted. Why? Fear of paying price. Something that Geoffroy doesn’t let to come in to destroy him and keep him away from a good life. Beautiful.
